When you connect the earphones jack, you physically disconnect the line for the speaks. In order to achieve what you whant you will have to tweak your earphones connector inside the iPad itself .
Anyways, why would you want such a thing ?

You can use a splitter and listen to headphones while driving an external speaker...

Unpossible to use internal and headphone jack simultaneously.
