What image are you referring to? Do you mean a screen shot? If so, you can see it in the iPad's Photo app and you can email it from there.

If you copy-and-paste an image from, say, Safari it goes to the iPad's clipboard. You need to paste it into a compatible app - say Apple's Pages, which is their Word-compatable application or another WP program. You could also paste it into a presentation again using something like the Keynote app, which is PowerPoint compatible.
