I don't seem to have any sound on my games but it's turned on in settings. Can anyone help?

Just happened to me. I turned it off by pressing the home and power buttons. Let it sit for a bit and powered it back up and the sound was back.

Double-check your sound settings by double pressing the home button and then swiping the lower bar to the right. You will see both the sound level and if mute is on. I somehow accidentally had mute on for one app I was using.
