I would like to ask some insights regarding my problem in connecting to our notes traveler server.

As an overview, I have an Ipad and we have Lotus Domino 8.5 with notes traveler 8.5.2. I would like to connect to our notes traveler so I could retrieve my emails and send reply to emails requiring attention.

I have completed the setting up of account on my Ipad and it prompts me for a username which is my notes username and password, however, after providing the credentials it says that it failed to connect to the server.

We tried an android and it works fine. Do you have any idea what's wrong? Is it some kind of a configuration problem?
