Hello to everyone! I got used iPad as a gift, but I have one problem. I am not sure how to create new I tunes account in order to sync my iPad with my pc. Should I delete the excising one and start all owed or just create secondary account? Also, is the credit card obligatory or I can do it somehow with ought? help please!

Since all the previous owner's purchases were made using their iTunes account, you will not be able to keep the apps, movies, music etc that's on the iPad. Indeed, the previous owner should have removed these prior to selling/giving you the iPad. So it's better to start with a brand new account.
