About LinkBacksIm backing up my ipad manulaay and when i shift and restore and navigate to the backup directory its empty the only one available is the actual update in the folder that says software update. Any idea where their going

Its looking for the apple software update not your backups. A restore reloads the iOS then your backups

(Win7) backups are in C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
How are backing up your ipad manually?

Right so u have to install the software first then it loads backups I see just downgrading from iOS 5 to 4.3.3 too buggy didn't like
