Of course, if you registered your email address on the Apple App Store, you'll get emails from Apple which you can see on your iPad.

Open iTunes, click on "Store" then "View My Account" enter your password then click "Purchase History" and you'll see all your recent and past purchases. Note: You'll need to scroll through the past purchases 25 at a time.
