how can i get my restriction passcode and how to transfer files through blutooth?
You set you restriction passcode under Settings > General > Restrictions; if that is what you meant.
The iPad does not support the bluetooth file transfer protocol. The only way to transfer files via bluetooth is to have apps on both devices that are specifically designed to connect to each other. So far I have not found a bluetooth solutions that will transfer files between non-iOS devices.
DropBox works on almost everything, and is a handy way to share and move files from/to almost everything; but you need the internet.
i forgot my restriction passcode and try everything i could to reset my ipad but i cant do it. pls help.
Unfortunately, there is no easy solution. You have to restore the iPad and put a "fresh" iOS 5.1.1 on it. If you restore using the same iTunes to which the iPad normally syncs, you will be able to use your latest backup to put your settings and data back on it. Sorry.
