Hi I would like to ask I have recently bought an app and I was wondering If I could delete the game and reinstall it without paying for it again.

Yes, once you have bought it, you own it. You can remove and re-install it as many times as you like. Don't be put off if it looks like iTunes wants to charge you again. It will not. You will always see a message saying you already own the program and won't be charged again once you try and install it.
It takes a little getting used to, but have faith.
