Absolutely - I saw your other posts about the 5000 emails, so I'm assuming you've initialised your iPad and there are some other problems. Let us know what they are and we'll try and help. I've moved your post to the Help section as I think it will receive better attention there. Don't hesitate to get back with the problems you are facing - Tim

Sorry - but we need a bit more information.

You've downloaded the BBC iPlayer app to your iPad and I'm guessing you mean that you can see the iPlayer icon on your home screen.

What happens then if you press the iPlayer icon - does the iPlayer app 'open up' and eventually (you may have to wait a few seconds) display some graphics of some of the programs that you can watch. Of course, the iPad has to be on-line (connected to the Internet) for this to work.

Send us some more details and we'll try to help.

    Tim

OK - that's no problem. Is there a button - to the left of the screen - which says 'Free'? Just touch that, and then you'll be asked if you want to install it - hit 'Install' and the iPlayer app will automatically download and install itself on your iPad. That takes about a minute or so. You'll be asked for your iTunes password - I'm assuming you're doing this from your iPad - and then the download will start. The screen will change to your iPad Home screen and a dim icon of the iPlayer app will appear on the screen and initially it will say 'Waiting' then it will say 'Downloading', then it will say 'Installing' and, when that's finished, you're good to go. Touch the iPlayer app and it should open up and you'll see all the TV programs that you want to watch.

Again, get back to us if there's a problem - we love hearing from you...
