    itunes icon with a usb cor

    what do i do if i am only seeing an itunes icon and a usb cord on a black screen and an't turn off the ipad?

    Welcome to the forum Maddykate!

    You connect the iPad to your computer and start iTunes.

    If you just wanna turn it off, hold the button ontop of your iPad until you get a red slider on the screen to turn off..
