About LinkBacksI have forgotten the log in 4 digit password. I would like to just completely
reset the ipad and start over.
How do I proceed?

from apple website as I've never had to reset
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

The reset won't help, as it is like the, "Control - Alt - Delete" on the PC. It doesn't reset passwords or delete any thing from the iPad/iDevice. If it did, what would be the point of having a password?

forgotten password ipad
I ended up going to itunes, doing a reset ipad, and then reload
from itunes to the ipad. IT WORKED GREAT!!!! The itunes login protects
this process from being open to someone who doesn't really have the
authority to be resetting. Thanks for the tips.
