The first account went in fine, but...

I type in the name and password but then "continue" is dimmed- do I have to do the POP or similar thing?

Yes - you'll need to complete all the POP and SMTP settings, like you must have done for the first account. Some of the stuff will default, but it needs the name of your incoming and outgoing mail server.

Get back if this doesn't work. It's always a bit fraught setting up accounts, so don't worry if you don't get it right first time.
