About LinkBackshi, i have a 16 gig 3g, ipad, my question is with the new 4.3 software will i be able to use my i pad as a wifi hotspot without incurring any additional cost. Thanks in advance for the help

The Personal Hotspot only works with iPhone 4, not the iPad.
If you want to use wifi tethering, MyWi is the best way to go, of course only when you are jail broken.

So, where exactly is this Personal Hotspot? I'm now running 4.3 and I don't see any reference to it anywhere on either the iPhone4 or my iPad. I'm on Rogers in Canada, is this a carrier-controlled feature?

For the iPhone4 Hotspot configuration is found in Settings>General>Network>Set Up Personal Hotspot
