Just info gathering here.

We have started to see the use of iPads within our school district and as an IT dept wondering how we can manage them in our pure PC world.

Does anyone know of any tools out there that would allow us to manage the the deployment of Apps such as in the Blackberry world?

Any pointer to software etc. that allows for complete managment and security of the iPads would be great.

I am not here to get into the PC Apple war, I don't care about that, the reality in our district is we are PC only and as and IT dept we need to make that work. Personally, and I am not a Mac person, I cannot wait to get my hands on one for myself.
