About LinkBacksI usually charge my battery from 15 to 100% but there has been the odd time I have had to take it off charge at say... 86 or 95% reason being i have had to go out and I didn't want to over charge it. With me doing that it won't damage or effect the battery in any way will it?
Any advice would be great

No it won't. And you can't really over charge either, I don't think.

There is no evidence that this will do any damage to your battery.

Remember the last 20% is trickle charging anyway. So you can leave it charging all the time
Think before you Sync Since you may Sink
The More Tweaks you have - Less Memory is left
