    Security feature on docs offline

    Hi,
    I'm looking for something that I can use to type my passwords and other information (preferably on microsoft office word or excel) and be able to save it to my iPad and require a password to open the document and also be able to view the document offline (with no internet connection). Anyone have any ideas?
