    Itunes and ipad problem

    Hi i cant get itunes to open my ipad properely. It shows up but gives no list of music or movies like it does on either my itouch or iphone. Ive added a picture to help describe.

    So you can see the ipad listed in devices but not opening. any help appreciated.
