Why does it matter unless you are charging for time.

Monitoring child time, proof of newness for sale info, trying to think of other items.... The 3G option does monitor your time spent, but can be reset anytime...

So basically the answer is no I assume. and yes, it's to see how long it's been used for sale.

No moving parts outside of the switches. This isn't a car. If someone is getting that picky, they are talking themselves out of buying one anyway.
