Buttons on website not working on ipad 2

hi is there some sort of compatibility issue with this website I visit it is a quoting tool. Other quoting tools from other websites on my ipad work but this one in particular the buttons do not seem to work on Safari and Chrome. When I hit the go button after filling every required information the loading animation only goes for a second but nothing happens.
This is what it looks like. Does anyone know what is the problem or is it just some sort of compatibility issue with this site and it just doesn't work on tablets because it works fine on the laptop.

It certainly sounds like a problem with the site. Some sites simply haven't gotten into the mobile computing age and don't test for mobile device compatibility.

While not a perfect solution, you can get around this with a handful of browsers that actually run web sites on remote servers and then translate them for the iPad. Most of these were designed to run Flash and or Java sites, but will run most other problem desktop sites as well.

My first recommendation is Puffin. Puffin has a virtual trackpad and game controller that makes it possible to interact with sites that are not 100% touch compatible. There is a free 2 week trial version you can use to see if it works on the sites you want before buying. There are other Flash enabled browsers, and they may be better for all I know, but Puffin works well enough for me on the rare occasion I need to run Flash or a site that Safari has problems with.

Another possibility is Opera Mini. It does not run Flash, but it does run on a remote server. It's free, so if budget is the major concern it may be worth trying first; especially is this is a one time sort of problem.
