    Help!!!

    I was downloading a app from the apple store this morning and while downloading of course the terms thing came up before it would let me download. Now I have a window thing on my desk top page that just says waiting. I can't get it off. I have tried to delete it and it won't let me. When i hold it down to delete an x doesn't appear for me to delete.Should I do a restore? I don't know what to do. Help!!! I hope some one can help me.

    To turn off the iPad there is a little black button on top.
