In sept last year while in London my Ipad asked me to download the latest update which I did it took 3 hrs sin
CEO then I cannot use my ipad properly it will not update and will not back up.

We will need more info on your iPad, is it working at all? which ipad is it, what OS are you on. Look in Settings - General - About and look for version. What is actually happening?

My ipad works fine as an ipad but since I downloaded ios6 just the odd email comes through and it keeps flashing saying cannot get mail. Jacques
