I'm is in Malaysia.. Using umobile 3G plan data.. But after I had reset the network setting in the general there, my iPad show me tat the speed r in EDGE only.. Not in 3G.. Who can teach me how to do it.. Any setting problem..

It's not a setting prob. You're just in an area with weak signal strength.

Then contact the carrier for your SIM card. If it's a diff carrier from the last time, you're not guaranteed to get the same coverage. And if it's the same carrier, you should have full access to whatever info you need through them.
