    NC center only goes half way down

    n this video i noticed the NCC went down to the bottom of his ipad but my ipad doesnt do that. what is a tweak that will let it do that. if it is suppose to go all the way down what kind of tweak can prevent it from doing it. also in the video do you recognize the NC theme?
