I was wondering if I should remove the jailbreak off of my iPad 3 because of the upcoming iOS 6. I really want to try out the Siri feature but my iPad is jailbroken with absinthe. Also, will all my apps that I downloaded with[a nasty theft-enabling piracy app] be erased? If so, how do I keep them? Lastly, I have a cydia app called mewseek which transfers downloaded music to the music library on my iPad. Will unjailbreaking erase my songs? Sorry for asking a bunch of questions. Thank you!

Yes, you will lose all the apps you stole with that piracy (aka theft) app. As they should be.

This forum does not condone or help pirates - people who use piracy tools to steal apps they should have paid for. Not only is piracy, and any discussion thereof, against our rules - it's illegal. Don't be a pirate!

Only you can decide if you wish to keep the jail break or upgrade now to iOS 6. All I can suggest - no, all I can urge - is that you get rid of all your illegally obtained apps and get your apps from the App Store as honest people do.
