I had to start this thread coz i was unclear about the warranty and also IOS 6 update.
Question is :
Will Unjailbreaking and Ipad/Ipod with the firmware IPSW restore the warranty? And also will it give me IOS 6 update?
Few say Normal Restore from Itunes will solve the problem.. Is it True? Some say there is a lot of code/procedure to go through to revert the Ipad back to Stock(With Warranty)...True?
Please Help me clearly understand!.

I believe that in most cases, you will be able to get the iOS 6 update by “un-jaibreaking” (restoring form an iTunes backup). I'm not sure about the warranty. Mickey330 might be able to help you.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Yes just remove your jailbreak by restoring through iTunes. iOS 6 has not been released as yet to the general public so once you do remove your jailbreak you will go to 5.1.1
Apple will not be able to tell that you've been Jailbroken so your warranty will be fine.
