I updated cydia and then now every time i turn on my ipad it just shows that little loading sign (that goes around and around) its been an hour and im starting to get worried. What should I do? Wait it out? Restore it? Wait for battery to drain?

Same happened to me, only thing (as far a i know) to do is a resotre. You should do a 3.2.1 resotre (if you made the shsh backup). If not, you should restore with 3.2.2

If you did that, please read my post "downgrading ipad 3.2.2" I made in this section and try if that will work, it will give you 3.2.1 back and makes it able again to jailbrake

Just reboot the iPad.

Same thing happened to me and I panicked! Hehehe! i just rebooted the Ipad (power and home key method) and it came back after doing it twice. Hope it works out for you.

Same thing happened to me.

All u have to do is just press and hold the power button and the home button.

Then turn it back on.

And duurrrrr goes out to the idiot that instantly told you to restore, without even suggesting to do this first....

Same thing happened to me...it had to sit for a long time but it eventually came back just fine.
