if you have not backed up your SHSH blobs for 3.2 then your will not be able to downgrade.

Yeah, but doesn't Itunes back up by default before installing the new firmware?

it backs up your settings and data.
you wont be able to downgrade to 3.2.

if you are planning on jailbreaking and are already upgraded to 3.2.1 you will have to wait for a new jailbreak for the 3.2

Can you provide me whith the steps to back up, so next time I update I have the option of downgrading? Thx in advance.

The Firmware Umbrella
download tiny umbrella. This will let you backup your SHSH blob for 3.2.1 so that you can always downgrade back to it. This is automatically done by cydia on jailbroken devices.
