Is this a good transfer speed

On my Home Wifi, I copied 4.13 Gig from my PC (10,000 RPM SATA drive on a Windows 7 64 bit pc) to my Ipad 2 in exactly 40 minutes. I have pc networking enabled on my ipad and simply dragged the files over from Windows.

Is this a good transfer speed?
