About LinkBacksis that possible? i haev a 16gb ipad 2 and it will soon be out of space as i often transfer my photos on it... read with the camera kit.. you need to import the photos... is there a way to "mount" an sd card via the sd card reader and read/write directly to the sdcard?

Well, this topic has really been oft discussed - might want to try searching (e.g. 'photo SD card' will bring up some hits including the links below)?
