I update my iPad to iOS 5 and install black keyboard tweak , it's become buggy

And what other tweaks do you have installed?

iOS 5.0.1 iPad 1. Sbsettings, ifile ,a piracy-enabling tweak , appcake, winterboard, activator, weesearch pro for notification center
Appcenter, action menu ,androidlock xt , Allmail, clock hide , appsync ,cydelete ,display recorder , icon renamer
Infinidock, password pilot , afc2add, mewseek , now listening , multiiconmover , openshh , open backup , wifi booster , yourtube , folderenhancer , fullforce .

Well, that third tweak you have loaded is the reason for your troubles. It's a piracy app and they don't work well on the iPad!
