    Unfortunately, there is no way to jail break the iPad2 on that firmware. Sorry.

    So, you'll have to join the ranks of the hopeful who are eagerly waiting for a jail break of the iPad2 on iOS 5.x. Please, see this thread for any news and updates: Official iPad2 Jailbreak Thread
