Sorry, but JailBreakMe only works if your iPad2 is running iOS 4.3.3. As you've noticed, there is no other jailbreak for the iPad2.
Hang in there, the jail break community is working hard to be able to jail break iOS 5 for the iPad2. Stay tuned...!

If you have saved blobs for 4.3.3 then you are able to downgrade from 5.0.1 and the jailbreak with JB 3.0

In theory it would work, but it was never publicly released for 4.3. If you aren't a personal best friend of Comex, the there is no way you could get it.
