I’m a computer noob. My boyfriend accidently updates my ipad 2 Ver 4.3.3 to Ver 4.3.5 and all my apps are gone.
Can anyone list down steps by steps how to jail break my ipad 2(wifi) ver. 4.3.5?

Short answer, you can't. All you can do now is wait for the iOS 5 version to come out.

If you saved your blobs for 4.3.3 then you can revert back to 4.3.3, if you did not save them then like RW2112 said you will have to wait for a jailbreak for iOS5.

You should be able to redownload the apps through the AppStore!
