About LinkBacksApple just released 4.3.4, which patches the Jailbreakme PDF jailbreak.
So, iPad 2 owners, DO NOT UPGRADE!!!!!!!!!!!
iPad 1 owners, you can upgrade, as longs your SHSH blobs for 4.3.3 are saved. But there is no jailbreak for 4.3.4 yet so upgrading is pointless.
F4780y gives more info for iPad 2 owners.
According to a member, the 4.3.3 window hasn't closed yet.

Apple Release 4.3.4 - Jailbreakers BEWARE!
As was predicted, although perhaps taking a little longer than predicted, Apple have now released IOS 4.3.4.
All this update does is stop jailbreakme.com from working, so BEWARE!
Do not install this update if you want to keep your ability to jailbreak.
iPad2 3G GSM & CDMA owners in particular must be extra careful. You do not currently have the ability to use your SHSH Blobs to restore your device, therefore you will be stuck with stock 4.3.4 if you update by accident. We need to confirm whether 4.3.4 also has an updated baseband version as this is the component which will prevent a downgrade. If Apple has been kind and left the baseband untouched at the same version, SHSH Blobs will be able to downgrade on these devices. Stay tuned for updates in this thread!
All iPad1, and iPad2 "WiFi Only", who have their 4.3.3 SHSHBlobs saved have a safety net to be able to downgrade. See our SHSH Blob FAQ for more information. Abolutely no need for you (or anyone really) to upgrade Marie.
The only people that should are folks that are paranoid about security and never want to jailbreak.
