Well ~ for starters I bumped your thread to our Hacking Section. And secondly, there is no JB for the iPad2 at the moment.

If you saved your shsh for 4.3.1 then yes. Go to the shsh info thread in my signature.
And as sweet p said no jailbreak for iPad 2 yet.
