Does anybody know of any tweak from cydia that would put the temperature in the status bar? So, pretty much something that connects to an online weather service and shows the temperature.

Not that I know of unless you have a jail broken iPad, I imagine. Even then, I'm not so sure. But it'd be really cool, though. If Apple's iOS had a notification system similar to that of Android's you might see something like what you're looking for.

There is something called WeatherIcon in Cydia, but I can't get it to work. Maybe someone else can/has?

There also is a way to download a package straight into iFile and then activate it via Winterboard.

After failing to get WeatherIcon to work, I decided that it was enough for me to have a weather widget (via SmartScreen) on my lockscreen, so I put that idea aside. Of course, not being able to get it to work had nothing to do with it ...

Just wanted y'all to know about WeatherIcon. That is all.
