    (urgent)Not able to install apps after update to 4.3.1

    i have updated my ipad and jailbroken it on iso 4.3.1. but when i am trying to install apps from my pc it says that its an unknow error. please help me out . i am not able to downgrade also

    How are you trying to install these apps? Through iTunes? Where did they come from? Why not download them through the App Store on the device? They should install perfectly then...
    Also, how are you attempting to downgrade, and to what version?
    Give a few more details and we'll see if we can help...
