Why suddenly I can't access iFile and Cydia? Always failed and back to the menu screen.

What do you mean by "failed"? Do they not open or do you get a notice that there is an error? Did you just download something before this behavior started? In other words, can you please tell us what you were doing, or what the iPad did, just before iFile and Cydia stopped working for you.
