Try putting in airplane mode. Then back in wifi...
Try taking info from pc connection and adding connection manually...
Last resort download connectify to your laptop and use laptop as hotspot for your idevices

In the future, try the airplane mode thing, I've found that to resolve search/sync issues quite often.
I can see my network but I can not connect even with the right password
Might have to change encryption type on router password.
