iPad sidelined my two netbooks. I'm a longtime Windows user and found iPad easy to adapt to, but I didn't look to it to replace my laptop, which I continue to use. Cut and paste, editing and more are best done on my laptop or on work PCs. For me, iPad is for fun, and I love fun, so I have three iPads, lol. I have an Apple BT keyboard, but rarely use it.
I figure diff uses, diff tools. Use what fits best for what you want to do. But that's why it's up to the buyer to understand what he wants to do, and buy accordingly. There's also a return period for iPads at any legit retail outfit, so I don't understand why anyone would keep an item that didn't fit their needs.
