I have seen and used many apps. But the most favorite of mine is
WorldCard HD
Hands On Equations for iPad
TeamViewer HD for Remote Control

Totally in-love with iPad and always feed it with educational ebooks and read-along for my 6 year old son. For productivity side, I highly recommend PDF note taker, it's the best handwriting and typing app I've used. Even my son loves it. I think it's a powerful application especially for workers, for students, or if you are someone who loves to doodle. It's very user friendly too. I always share it to my friends and family and I believe every iPad user should have it. I think feiphone.com is one of the best apps developers in the world.
