Is there a way to mark a page when reading a book or write a note. I don't mean the place keeper, I mean for if you what to note where a passage is or make a note in the margins. Also what program are you in when reading a book?
THANKS!

Most book apps have a notes feature that involves placing your finger on whatever spot you want to append a note to. Hold down your finger and you usually get a popup that says "Note." Then you enter a note.
Most book apps also have a highlighting feature. Hold down your finger and drag, and get a highlight popup. They're generally variations on such.
Book apps usually are free, so experiment and see what you like best.
