    Completely remove a deleted app icon

    I deleted an app, but it still shows up, shaded when "hide" is selected. How do you completely get rid of it, so that it isn't known that it was ever downloaded?

    You can't. While you can delete it from your iPad and from iTunes on your computer,you can't delete it from the list of purchased apps in the app store cloud,hidden or not.
