Hi,
if I try to sync my iPad with iTunes 9.2 while ZoneAlarm (newest free version) I get the error 0xE8000004 randomly, mostly with bigger Apps.
I have allowed all firewall request from iTunes and mDNSresponder. If I turn my firewall off it works. Any idea what I have to change? Or a recommondation for a better free firewall?

Try Comodo (free version). Also do you have the Windows Firewall enabled as well. Is there a way to add exclusions to ZoneAlarm?
