Dock Connector to USB Cable

    Dock Connector to USB Cable

    I hope the iPod Touch and the iPad USB cables are the same. I got mine mixed up and they both look identical.

    They are the same. I've got cables going back to my 4th gen iPod and they all work the same with all of my iDevices.

    I could've swore I read somewhere that they're different. one is for a 5watt plug (ipod) and the other is for a 10watt plug (ipad). is this not true?? can anyone confirm this please?

    The chargers are different, but the cables are the same.

    Cool, that's good to know. I need to replace my ipad cable and my son's ipod cable also, so that info helps for sure. i knew the chargers were different but the cables I wasn't sure about so thanks very much.
