    iPad contact after sync does not copy to iphone

    Hi All

    I using iPad to enter new contact . After I sync the new contact transfer to my outlook contact. But when I plug in my iPhone and sync . Those new contact does transfer to my iPhone.

    May I know where I go wrong ?
