When I use my iPad watch video from you tube , may I know how to download the video to my iPad ?
I mean I need to know how to save video .

Do a forum search for TagDisk HD. One of the forum mods posted a mini tutorial on how to use the app to download videos about a week or so ago.
Or just search YouTube and you'll probably find it.

Yep, if you got your ipad jailbroken then go into Cydia and download the free MxTube app. Let's you download and save all the YouTube videos you want .

Beat me to it. MxTube is the way to go. Search for a video, then select to either stream it or download it. Downloading gives several options too, so you can choose the quality/size of the download depending on whether you're using wifi,3G, or edge.

Buy my iPad is 3.2.1 and not available for jail break . Any way I can install mxtube ?

Yourtube is also a really good cydia app for youtube downloading. It adds a download button to the top of the video and a downloads tab to the app.

Has anyone found a way to access restricted youtube content....there are a LOT of music videos you can't play on the youtube app (guess they want to be able to sell them in itunes)

Guess you're going to have to wait until the Spirit jailbreak comes out for 3.2.1 firmware. Supposely it's coming out very soon. And after you got it jailbroken, hold off on the update until the jailbreak comes out for it that version.

Leey, I tried to download that and itsaid Safari could not download it?

FYI TagDisk no longer works.
