Upgrade posted on 05/07. But you can go into settings, press software upgrade and do it over the air. I upgraded all three iPads in my possession this morning. There was only five or six bugs and fixes. It took about 10 minutes per iPad.

Same here, upgraded my new iPad and only took about 10 mins.

Same...except I forgot how to get the update to come down over wifi and had to use the cable and itunes. Seemed to take longer than 10 minutes that way.

Did the upgrade over wifi. My iPad 3 seems to work (I'm too new to notice the difference).
