What time estimate would someone guess as far as the ipads video decompression capabilities. I was considering using the x264 for compression but I'm worried that if it is compressing and sending out that fast from a server, a lot of packets would be lost in a udp because the compression time will be alot faster from the server sending out over a 3.0 mbps (in bytes of course) which is being received by a 400 kbps ipad in a coffee shop.
